微短剧《你好，铁门关》将于12月31日全网上线，邀观众辞旧迎新之际共赴古今雄关之约。该剧以西汉张骞出使西域途经铁门关时意外穿越至2025年为起点，借古今视角碰撞，展现第二师铁门关市70余年发展成就，以及当地壮美风光、独特文旅与丰富民俗。作为聚焦当地文旅资源的作品，剧集以“丝路雄关·红色铁门关”为核心IP，融合张骞通西域典故、兵团精神及时代价值，紧扣“历史活化、文旅融合”主线，将千年雄关的自然之美、历史之韵与人间烟火浓缩于紧凑剧情，为观众献上兼具文化质感与情感温度的新年礼物。

The story begins with Zhang Qian, the Han Dynasty envoy who once traveled through Tiemenguan on his mission to the Western Regions, accidentally crossing into the year 2025. Through the collision of ancient and modern perspectives, the series presents the more than 70 years of development and achievements of Tiemenguan City (Second Division), along with its magnificent landscapes, distinctive cultural tourism resources, and rich local customs.

Focusing on local cultural and tourism assets, the series builds around the core IP of “Silk Road Stronghold · Red Tiemenguan,” integrating the historical legacy of Zhang Qian’s pioneering journeys to the Western Regions, the spirit of the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps, and contemporary values. On December 29, the mini series Re Xie Long Zhou Hun (Hot-Blooded Dragon Boat Spirit) was officially released. The series is based on the true story of the men’s dragon boat team from Teng County, Guangxi, which won the 2025 World Dragon Boat Racing Championships. It tells the inspiring journey of a local dragon boat team rising from adversity to becoming world champions, and conveys the dragon boat spirit of “rowing together and striving for excellence.” As a mini series focusing on local themes, the production was filmed on locations in Teng County, Wuzhou, vividly presenting the scenery of the Xunjiang River and real-life dragon boat racing scenes.

Through youth-oriented storytelling and the use of AI technology, the series integrates local cultural and tourism elements such as the Dragon Mother, dragon boats, local cuisine, and local specialties, blending them with the excitement of sports competition. This approach opens new creative possibilities for the series. 12月29日，“我在三圣拍短剧”首发系列活动暨红砂短剧工坊启幕计划在成都市锦江区举行。作为深度融合公园城市景观的专业短剧制片基地，红砂短剧工坊坐落于成都锦江区三圣花乡核心腹地，占地面积2.28平方公里。工坊创新构建“1+1+1+N”运营体系，通过线下剧务中心、线下制片中心、线上数字化平台及多元风格实景拍摄地联动，提供一站式全产业链服务。目前，工坊已构建超300余个多元*风格的实景拍摄地。活动现场同步举行《三四五六没有七》微短剧启动仪式，体现出红砂短剧工坊“启幕即运营”的务实效率。活动期间，《我在三圣拍短剧》场景宣传片直观展示成都锦江区三圣花乡丰富的*场景资源。主题推介环节，红砂短剧工坊运营方、制片合作方、版权交易平台及演员孵化机构代表分别就工坊运营模式、一站式制片服务、短剧版权交易与演员人才计划等内容进行专题分享。

Hongsha Mini Series Studio Officially Launches, Advancing Integrated “Mini Series+” Development

On December 29, the launch event for the “Filming Mini Series in Sansheng” debut program and the opening of the Hongsha Mini Series Studio were held in Jinjiang District, Chengdu. As a professional mini series production base deeply integrated with the city’s park-style landscapes, the Hongsha Mini Series Studio is located in the core area of Sansheng Flower Town, Jinjiang District, Chengdu, covering an area of 2.28 square kilometers.

The studio has innovatively established a “1+1+1+N” operation system. Through the linkage of an offline production coordination center, an offline production management center, an online digital platform, and diverse styles of shooting sites, it provides one-stop, full-industry-chain services for the mini series production. Currently, the studio has established over 300 real-scene shooting sites with diverse film and television styles.

The launch ceremony for the mini series San Si Wu Liu Mei You Qi (Three Four Five Six, No Seven) was also held during the event, demonstrating the Hongsha Mini Series Studio’s practical and efficient approach of “launching and operating simultaneously.” During the event, a promotional video titled Filming Mini Series in Sansheng showcased the rich and diverse film and television scene resources of Sansheng Flower Town in Jinjiang District, Chengdu.

During the thematic promotion session, representatives from the studio’s operating team, production partners, copyright trading platforms, and talent incubation agencies shared insights on topics including the studio’s operational model, one-stop production services, mini series copyright transactions, and actor training and development programs.

近日，2026“人工智能+微短剧销客大赛”启动会暨“中国家文化微短剧全民大赛”组委会启动仪式在佛山·鹰创园召开。本次活动围绕“AI智能体+微短剧+电商GMV”创新路径，聚焦内容创作与商业转化深度融合，携手院校、企业共同探索AI时代下”人人皆可创作、内容直接变现”的产业新模式。活动当天，在鹰创园路演中心，主办方系统发布了赛事整体规划、”智能体校企2+1合作计划”以及”中国家文化微短剧全民大赛”广东试点方案，并举行了多个项目的签约仪式。”中国家文化微短剧全民大赛”组委会同步宣布成立，佛山将承担广东试点与全国模式孵化的重要角色。组委会将推动”家文化口述史短剧””社区家文化共创工作坊””校内家文化短剧工作室””园区家文化短剧创研中心”等系列项目落地。与会各方表示，将以本次启动会为新起点，携手推动AI智能体、微短剧内容生产与电商转化在粤港澳大湾区的深度融合，打造”家文化微短剧+AI销客”的全国示范标杆，为数字经济发展和青年高质量就业提供新的动能与实践样本。

Greater Bay Area’s First “AI + Mini Series Sales Conversion Competition” Launches in Foshan

Recently, the 2026 “AI+ Mini Series Sales Conversion Competition” and the launch ceremony of the Organizing Committee of the “Chinese Family Culture Mini Series National Competition” were held at Yingchuang Park in Foshan. This event revolves around the innovative model of “AI Agent + Mini Series + E-commerce GMV,” focusing on the deep integration of content creation and commercial conversion. It collaborates with academic institutions and enterprises to explore a new industry model for the AI era characterized by “everyone can create content, and content can be directly monetized.”

On the day of the event, at the roadshow center of Yingchuang Park, the organizers systematically released the overall competition plan, the “AI Agent School-Enterprise 2+1 Cooperation Program,” and the Guangdong pilot plan for the “Chinese Family Culture Mini Series National Competition.” Multiple project signing ceremonies were also held on site.

The organizing committee for the “Chinese Family Culture Mini Series National Competition” was officially established at the event, with Foshan designated to undertake the dual role of serving as a provincial pilot site in Guangdong and national model incubator. The committee will promote the implementation of a series of projects including “Family Culture Oral History Mini Series,” “Community-based Family Culture Co-creation Workshops,” “On-Campus Family Culture Mini Series Studios,” and “Park-based Family Culture Mini Series Creation and Research Centers.” Participants noted that the launch marks a new starting point to jointly promote the deep integration of AI agents, mini series content production, and e-commerce conversion across the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. 为微短剧产业“造血”钱塘区构建人才培育新生态

近日，中国微短剧创意村·微短剧人才生态共建活动在杭州市钱塘区成功举办。这场由中国微短剧创意村联动浙江传媒学院文学院、浙江传媒学院华策电影学院共同打造的盛会，汇聚政府、高校、村委、企业与平台多方力量，致力于打破行业壁垒，构建“产、学、研、用”深度融合的微短剧人才培育新生态。活动现场，浙江传媒学院学生联合培养实践基地正式揭牌，覆盖编剧、拍摄、运营等全产业链的中国微短剧创意村短剧创作工坊年度规划同步发布。该培育计划全年12期，首期计划培养30名至50名专业人才，孵化5部以上原创剧本并推动数部落地拍摄。现场，创作工坊的首个实战项目——48小时极限创作短片工作坊随即启动。浙传16支研究生团队将扎根河庄街道，围绕冬季美学与钱塘地域文化展开高压创作。此外，活动还特别设置了剧本创作干货分享与寒假实习双选会环节。

Building a Talent Development Ecosystem for the Mini Series Industry: Qiantang District Creates a New Training Model

Recently, the China Mini Series Creative Village·Mini Series Talent Ecosystem Co-building Event was successfully held in Qiantang District, Hangzhou. Jointly organized by the China Mini Series Creative Village, the School of Humanities of Communication University of Zhejiang, and the CUZ Huace School of Film, the event brought together government departments, universities, village committees, enterprises, and platforms. It aims to break down industry barriers and build a new ecosystem for developing mini series talents through deep integration of “industry, academia, research, and application.”

At the event, the Communication University of Zhejiang Student Joint Training Practice Base was officially inaugurated. At the same time, the annual plan for the China Mini Series Creative Village Mini Series production workshop, covering the entire industry chain, including screenwriting, filming, and operation, was released. The training program includes 12 sessions throughout the year, with the first session aiming to train 30 to 50 professionals, incubate more than five original scripts, and promote several projects for actual filming. Additionally, at the event site, the workshop’s first practical project—the 48-hour Extreme Creation Short Film Workshop—was immediately launched. Sixteen postgraduate student teams from Communication University of Zhejiang will be stationed in Hezhuang Sub-District, focusing on high-pressure creation around winter aesthetics and Qiantang regional culture. The event also featured a special session for script creation tips and a winter vacation internship recruitment fair.

海峡两岸视听业界举办云展览和展播季活动

由中华广播*交流协会与台湾中华广播电视节目制作商业同业公会共同举办的第五届海峡两岸暨港澳地区优秀视听作品云展览，近日圆满落幕。本届云展览包括纪录片、动画片、短视频、微短剧4个单元，182家*文化机构及个人选送了401部1360集作品参展，其中110部作品分获“海融特优”和“海融佳作”奖。同时，第二届海峡两岸青年“海融竞逐”微视听展播季活动，也于近日落幕。

本届展播季含短视频和微短剧两个单元，176家机构及个人推送短视频217部、微短剧24部共717集作品参赛，其中106部作品分获“海融鳌头”“海融拔萃”和“海融勇进”奖。西藏未及文化传媒公司选送的《去桃花盛开的地方》荣获本届展播季微短剧“海融鳌头”奖。本次云展览和展播季参展参赛作品内容丰富、覆盖面广，既有对海峡两岸风土民情、共同历史记忆的生动展示，又有对科技成果、智慧城市、民生项目的客观宣介。活动通过 50 余家平台设立的 100 多个专区展映，受众超 500 万人次，20 家平台获“优秀传播奖”，有效促进了两岸暨港澳地区的文化交流与融合。

Cross-Strait Audiovisual Industry Holds Online Exhibition and Showcase Season

The 5th Cross-Strait and Hong Kong, Macao Outstanding Audiovisual Works Online Exhibition, jointly organized by the Chinese Association For Radio, Film & TV Exchanges and the Taiwan Chinese Radio and Television Program Production Commercial Association, recently concluded successfully. This year’s online exhibition included four categories: documentaries, animation, short videos, and mini series. A total of 182 film and television cultural institutions and individuals submitted 401 works, comprising 1,360 episodes. Among them, 110 works received the Hairong Special Excellence Awards and Hairong Merit Work Awards. At the same time, the Second Cross-Strait Youth “Hairong Competition” Micro Audiovisual Showcase Season also recently concluded.

This year’s showcase season included two sections: short videos and mini series. A total of 176 institutions and individuals submitted 217 short videos and 24 mini series, totaling 717 episodes. Among these, 106 works were awarded the Hairong First Prize, Hairong Outstanding Awards, and Hairong Progress Awards. The mini series Qu Tao Hua Sheng Kai De Di Fang (Go To the Place Where Peach Blossoms Bloom), submitted by Tibet Weiji Culture Media Co., Ltd., won the Hairong First Prize in the mini series category. The works showcased and screened in this online exhibition and showcase season were rich in content and wide in scope. They not only vividly presented the customs, traditions, and shared historical memories of both sides of the Taiwan Strait, but also objectively introduced scientific achievements, smart city development, and livelihood projects. Through more than 100 special exhibition sections set up on over 50 platforms, the event reached an audience of over 5 million people. Twenty platforms received the Excellent Communication Award, effectively promoting cultural exchange and integration across the Taiwan Strait, as well as in Hong Kong and Macao.
